Please read carefully the following terms of sale.
Online catalogue prices are updated according to the company’s policy followed by all Parthenis shops and may change anytime without prior notice. During the sales period reduced prices are valid, as they appear on our website. Products on offer explicitly appear as such. The e-shop might proceed to exclusive offers or provide products that are not available at other Parthenis stores.
All prices shown are in Euros and valid for all countries. Prices are inclusive of VAT 24%. In case the VAT rate is adjusted before acceptance/confirmation of your order, the new rate will apply.
If you are outside the European Union, additional taxes, fees or duties might be charged, (eg, imports, etc.). Such charges are not included in the catalogue price and the customer is responsible for their payment.
Shipping costs are not included in the prices which appear on this website and will be calculated according to the rates specified below, under “Shipping – delivery” section.
The user guaranties the correctness of the personal and payment data that he/she declares upon registration.
The user is responsible for all actions taken under his/her username and password through the online store, by him/her or by any other person. It is your responsibility to keep your username and password safe. You should not disclose or transfer your username or password to any person and should inform us immediately if you notice any unauthorized use of your username or password.
Descriptions and Product Information
All products displayed on this site are available while stocks last. We make every effort to ensure that the colors of the products are depicted as accurately as possible. However, due to differences in monitors and the types of computers, we can not guarantee the accuracy of the color you see on your screen as a reflection of the true color of the product.
We make every effort to ensure that designs, photos or images contained in this website give the most comprehensive idea of our products. However,physical products may vary in comparison to the expected color, shade, texture or fit. Our shop does not offer samples for fitting. As far as size is concerned, we strongly recommend that you consult the size guide and not choose by approximation.
Placing an order
To place an order, the customer must place the products of his choice, one by one, in the shopping basket, and select the desired quantity. The placement of the order is complete only after the selection and confirmation of the mode of payment. Through this order placement, the customer expresses his/her proposal to purchase the product / products listed in the shopping cart as chosen by him/her. Please note that placing products in your basket, does not reserve them and they are not excluded from being purchased by another customer.
All orders are subject to availability of products and confirmation from our company. The contract of sale is completed as soon as our company accepts the customer’s proposal and confirms the order by e-mail. This email serves as confirmation-receipt of the order. Then, once the relevant control is complete (availability, bank verifications, etc.) and, once the product is ready for shipment, the customer will be charged the appropriate amount and informed via email. Upon the completion of the order, the customer receives a unique order number which he/she uses in order to communicate with us about any information on his/her order. The client is also provided with his/her order tracking number so as to be able to track his order.
The use of the e-shop is aimed at private individuals. The company reserves the right to limit the number of items from multiple quantities of a product anytime.
It is strictly prohibited to resell items purchased from any Parthenis store, including those items purchased from the online Parthenis store.
While placing the order, the customer must choose a mode of payment.
The following payment options are provided:

All credit/debit card transactions are preceded by a standard pre-authorisation check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfil the transaction. The order will not be dispatched until this pre-authorisation check has been completed. The pre-authorisation check is handled in a secure environment, under the responsibility of Peiraeus Bank (www.piraeusbank.gr). Our company maintains the right to request further proof of the identity of the cardholder. In case your credit or debit card is not accepted, you will be informed so that you can contact your bank, and your order will be cancelled.
Your card will be debited once the product has been dispatched.
In the case of payment by bank transfer to our company’s account, you are requested to deposit the amount due for the order to our company’s account at Peiraeus Bank IBAN GR6001717490006749138469533 only after you receive our confirmation of order availability and possible date of shipment. You are required to send proof of payment via email or fax within 5 days from the order confirmation for your order to be put on hold. In case you exceed the above time limit, your order will be automatically cancelled.
If you accidentally deposit the amount after the above mentioned time limit, please contact our company immediately.
You will receive your purchase receipt upon delivery of your order.
Shipping and Delivery
Pending on product availability and completion of all the above mentioned checks, orders received before 14:00 pm will be shipped by the next working day. If we receive your order after 14:00 pm, it will be sent within 2 working days from the necessary controls and the confirmation of the order. If a product is not available, the order remains pending and our company will contact the customer for the expected delivery time, possible replacement, or cancellation of the order.
Shipping costs are borne by the customer as shown on the following tables.
Our company does not deliver products to minors or persons under guardianship, without the written consent/authorization of their guardian. Products cannot be delivered to mailboxes.
Τhe address declared by the customer needs to be real and valid. If the carrier is unsuccessful in their attempt to deliver the goods due to absence or change of address, the customer is responsible for the prompt notification of the carrier or he/she will be charged any additional cost of shipping.
Our company is not responsible for delays due to: the function of the carrier, or their faulty communication with the customer, negligence on behalf of the customer to communicate with the carrier, delays of Customs offices, strikes, or any other incident of force majeure.
Products remain property of the company until delivery, and travel at company’s risk. In case of package loss, the order will be replaced pending product availability or the customer will be refunded.
Delivery times are estimated and depend on the approval of your credit card, our stock availability, the courier and post office, delays at customs, your arrangements with the carrier, and any strikes and events of force majeure.
The fees for shipping are as follows:
All domestic orders are exclusively delivered through “SPEEDEX” express delivery.
Delivery for Greece is free. Average delivery time: 1 to 2 working days
All international orders are exclusively delivered through “UPS” express delivery.
The cost of delivery is twenty-five (25.00) euros per order.
Average delivery time:
– European Union: 3 to 4 working days
– Rest of World: 3 to 6 working days
In order to receive your order, you have to sign a form given to you at the time of delivery. If you are absent, you should ensure the presence of someone to sign the receipt of the products. Otherwise, you should contact the carrier to set another time for delivery. You can also add special instructions for delivery during the ordering process.
a. Defective products / Wrong product sent by us
Our Company lays emphasis on the quality of materials and manufacture of its products.
In the unlikely event that the customer receives a defective or wrong product, he/she must immediately notify the Company, describing the problem, and indicating whether he/she desires a replacement or a refund.
In that case, the customer must immediately return the product that he/she claims to be defective or incorrect to our Company Orsalia Parthenis Ltd, Kapodistriou 185, Moschato, GR 18 345 exclusively by recommended post or courier and keep the expedition documents.
Immediately upon reception, our Company will examine the claim of return (defective or incorrect product) and, in the case of verification that the product is indeed defective or incorrect, the product may be either replaced or the customer may be refunded depending on his/her preference :
In the case of replacement by another product, (the same or equivalent if the selected product is no longer available), our company sends the new product immediately at no extra cost to the customer and refunds the cost of shipping for the return of the product.
If the customer prefers a refund, the Company shall reimburse the price paid by the customer for both the purchase and the shipping for receiving and returning the product.
This applies only when the product is indeed defective.
For instance, a product is not defective when it was not washed in accordance with the washing instructions or when another fabric was discolored during washing, ironing, etc., or when in general it was damaged or torn by negligence of the user.
b. Right of withdrawal
1. In case the customer does not receive the order within 30 days from the approval, he/she has the right of withdrawal.
2. In any case the customer has the right to withdraw without giving any reason within 14 calendar days, which begin from the reception of the order. In that case the customer must return the product or products intact and in their original condition without paying any additional costs other than the direct cost of returning the goods. In that case, the products travel at customer’s risk.
More specifically, the Company accepts returns of all kinds (except underwear) within 14 days from delivery, by filling out the form found inside the package, provided that :
– Products are unused / unworn / clean
– All labels are intact on the cloth and clothes are in their original packaging
– In the case of swimsuits, the internal, protective adhesive strip of hygiene is not be removed.
– The return package includes the receipt of your purchase or, if the case of a gift, the exchange card.
The customer is fully responsible for the safe transport of the products to our company. The company bears no responsibility for any goods lost or damaged during return, so we recommend that you keep all the supporting documents of the shipment.
In case of withdrawal for any reason, the price paid by the customer for the returned product will be fully refunded within thirty (30) calendar days, unless he/she prefers to replace the returned product with another, so in that case the amount is compensated. In case of unjustified cancellation shipping cost is not refundable.
In any case, the return form inside the package must be filled.
Please note that we accept returns by express delivery or standard delivery only at the address of our online store Orsalia Parthenis Ltd, Kapodistriou 185, Moschato, GR 18 345 and only through the procedures described above.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Any contract between the client and our company is governed by the Greek Laws and any claim or controversy will be solved at the courts of Athens, Greece.
By buying products of our company from our website you assume full and unconditional acceptance of the hereby terms of sale.
